San Diego’s Diverse Communities
San Diego is the town I’ve called home for more than 40 years. I’ve watched San Diego grow and change, and I know its history. I can help you find the corner of our sunny paradise that is right for you.
My office is centrally located in Bankers Hill, which is in close proximity to downtown, Mission Hills, North Park, South Park, Golden Hill, Normal Heights, and University Heights. Each neighborhood has its own personality, with characteristics as unique as the people who live there.
Call me and we can get together to discuss your future investment. Perhaps we’ll meet over tea in the comfortable neighborhood of University Heights, where Spanish Revival houses, Craftsman homes, and charming California Bungalows all live.
Or we might grab up a cup of coffee in North Park, where you can meet up with friends at a cool new restaurant, or browse through an offbeat boutique.
There’s always the perfect patch of grass for a picnic lunch in Balboa Park or dinner in Little Italy—followed by, of course, a scoop of the most authentic gelato this side of Rome!
If you’re interested in moving farther north, I can show you the beautiful Coastal communities, surfers, art, and flower fields that North County has to offer. Inland, Rancho Santa Fe is like a grand Dame of Hollywood, with her majestic equestrian properties and charming central village.
There is plenty to enjoy in every community. I have sold homes all over the County: from National City in the South Bay to Oceanside in North County, west to the coastal communities, and east to the mountains of Julian. Let’s talk today to find your perfect home for tomorrow!
