Buying a home is a complicated process, even for even those of us in real estate. It’s also one of the largest investments, both financially and personally, most of us make-especially when going through the experience for the first time. My job is to smooth the way, and make the complicated details understandable. That’s why I want you to know more about me so that we can collaborate together as a team.

Homebuyers and home sellers are wise to seek a professional Realtor’s help. Buyers need to know how to spot a fair buy, what loan products are the best for their needs, which neighborhood is the best fit for their lifestyle, and when is the best time to purchase the home of their dreams.

The real estate market has changed, and with that comes a change in tactics. For the first time in many years it’s possible to imagine owning a California Craftsman, Spanish Revival, Tudor, or contemporary home-a possibility that was out of reach for many. Today’s market offers some of the best buys in decades!

My experience has taught me that the thrill of the hunt is only one part of the adventure. The serious side of the business, such as answering important questions and coming up with real solutions for my clients, is what I do. Realtors get personal. I take my clients by the hand and together we pore over dozens of properties, maps, and locations. I make sure all the bases are covered so that my clients get the best value and results from our work together.

It’s so rewarding to see love at first sight happen when a home buyer pulls up to the curb and knows in a flash that they are looking at their new home. This is the moment I live for!
